I have had a man put money into my PayPal then he asked if I could transfer it into his bank which I did but he put the note on the PayPal trasfer as iPhone so he’s told pay pal this ‘iphone’ hasnt Been delived and now I’m in 115.72 dept and he’s blocked me off what’s app but I have all the messages to prove he is a scammer and PayPal are trying to charge me for this
