Hi guys, i saw something on ebay and paid £15.00 into the persons paypal. It was completly not how it was described at all and when i asked for a refund i rudely got blocked! Can you give in advice please? Thanks

Thanks for the advice, unfortunatly i saw it on ebay and they messaged me theyre paypal email adress so it wasnt baught directly through ebay. And now threatening to report me because i requested a refund

ok a bit confused as to why you asked the question if you have already opened a paypal dispute !!

Don't forget to escalate it to a claim if the seller does not respond.

Oh i wrote this post before i opened and escalated the dispute. The seller blocked me on ebay and denied my refund request via paypal so i escalated the matter to paypal and had a confirmation stating they're looking into it so fingers crossed
