I got scammed and the scammer got refunded. How is that possible? I gave verification info, and the statement from the other was 2 different reasons. Now I owe $20 also. How is this even fair or possible?!

I am sorry to know about what has happened. It seems like the case was in favor of the merchant. If you're not happy with the decision of your case, you can certainly appeal the case by selecting a closed case in the Resolution center within 10 days from the dispute closed date.
