Scammed

I had let my friend borrow $10, he then semt my 10 back but then a week later requested back and got it. I don't know how or why he would scam me but I wanna know if I can get my money back.

If you did this there is, unfortunately, no way to receive this money back unless your friend sends it back. If this is not the case and you used buyer protection you can go to recent transactions/activities and click on the specific transaction and click report problem if your friend doesn't reply to this when opened you can then escalate it to Paypal after a couple of days.

If your friend ''requested'' the funds back again then sounds as if he opened a paypal dispute or chargeback?

If so then you can't open up a dispute against a dispute/chargeback as its already been awarded in his favour.
