Recently made a purchase for a digital product via invoice and never received the product. I filed a dispute and even escalated it to a claim due to the fact that the seller took the money and ran. It's been two days now and the seller nor PayPal has notified me on anything involving the matter. Am I just out of luck at this point?

If its a claim you wait AT LEAST 10 days but more likely weeks at the moment for paypal to review and make a decision.
