i opened a dispute on someone because they’re a fraud website and i asked for a refund and they refused. The dispute got turned on me and now im in debt on paypal. even the person blocked my email and wouldn’t give me a refund or isnt sending me my product. i dont know what to do now. i already lost the dispute, am in debt, and got scammed. I have no idea how yo contact an actual person for help.

Contact options for Paypal are accessed by clicking help/contact bottom left of Paypal pages...

1. Paypal phones are slowly re-opening and increasing in numbers (you can use the guest option if you can't log in).
2. Live chat is also randomly available.
3. You can send them a message, during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out.

4. Have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
