Scammed

I lodged a dispute when I did not receive goods bought. Then a parcel arrived but not what I ordered and paid for. I have since found out it’s a scam. I’ve tried every thing on Pay Pal to contact them but I’ve had no luck. What do you suggest I do now?

I've the same problem.

The scammer wants me to sent the the items back before I get a credit.

Given this is actually FRAUD, Paypal should be helping to stamp out this type of behaviour, not endorsing it.

I'm certainly not going to throw more money at it...with no certainty that I'll actually receive a credit.
