Hi I've recently opened a couple of cases against some one because they were doing illegal raffles on Facebook and not paying out basically scamming people they have now been closed with no explanation?

Basically because they have been doing illegal raffles via Facebook and then not drawing them and just getting of with the money, and I want my money back

I meant what did you open a dispute for.......eg non receipt of item / item received but not as described / unauthorised transaction??

ok then if it was a raffle there was no item purchased and again as it was a raffle you would have no Paypal buyer protection and that is why your dispute was closed.

 

Paypal does not cover.
