So i was scammed by a person with two different paypal accounts. The first payment for 300 was sent with protection and he then refunded that and then again i sent it and then again it was refunded. Then he used another paypal account and i paid 300 as personal because he said he was not able to receive the money. So again i sent him 300 and now he is a no reply. What are my options? I filed a dispute. But what do you guys think?
