I recently order a project from a graphics designer for $75 (50 up front, the rest after work is complete). He told me he would he done in 7-10 days. It’s now week 7, he has not done any work. No concept nothing. I told him I wanted a refund, to which he agreed. 8 days later, still nothing, he keep ignoring my messages, not Even reading them. I made a alt Twitter and contacted him, just to test. And ofc, he was ready to take a new order within 5 minutes... paypal has rejected my request for a refund after reporting him. What are my options? *everything mentioned can be backer by screenshots).
