I purchased a gift on a website Biliuce.com which I am finding out now is a scam site. I purchased this gift 4 weeks ago and my tracking info is in Chinese. I'm assuming it's not coming. I paid for it through PayPal check out but I used my personal debit card to pay. But it still shows on the receipt that I paid with PayPal but PayPal has no record. Or at least Idk where to find it. I want to request my refund back. Any ideas what to do???
If you need to open a dispute for a 'guest buyer' transaction then you can.......
1. Phone Paypal customer services and see if they will open one for you (difficult at the moment due to covid) OR 2. Contact your card issuer for a chargeback.
