Hello, I have been scammed $65 total across 3 transfers by a woman who I was purchasing tickets from. She requested I used friends and family to send the money so there would be no delays or fees. She blocked me from contact once she received the money and did not send my tickets. I opened a dispute and PayPal declined it. Is there any way I can get my money back?
