I paid shipping for an item or what I believed was a legitimate item, turned out I was being set up to pay someone else for different goods by the scammer, the scammer got me to pay via paypal for the goods I believed I was buying, the legitimate seller received payment believing it was a legitimate purchase but the payment came from me as i was given the legitimate sellers paypal details, they shipped items accordingly to the scammer unaware a scam was being done,. paypal denied my claim stating it was NOT an unauthorised payment.
What can I do??? it was a lot of money.

You filed wrong type of dispute. There was no "unauthorized payment", as no one hacked into your account to send the payment without your permission or knowledge. You indeed sent the payment hence why you lost the case. You're supposed to file "Item Not Received" dispute because you paid for item and did not receive your item.
