Hello, so I recently bough an item from DormExplosion.com and after reading reviews I realized they were fake, and insta comments said they never replied to DMs as well as I never got a tracking or estimate delivery date. I have messaged them 5 times but still no answer.

File dispute in resolution center, then escalate to claim. Let PP try to contact seller, if PP gets no response by estimated resolution date, you win.
