Scammed on Instagram

The problem is that the seller wants to sell me an Instagram account and asks me for 50 euros and when he sent them he did not keep his word. All this Instagram conversation was saved and it is obvious that I have been scammed.

Have you emailed paypal? Have you tried calling your bank? You can report it to fraud action or IC3 Just try everything scammers are such scum

Which option did you use to 'send' the funds, did they send you an invoice or did you send the money via goods/services or which?

Secondly how did you fund that paypal payment ie which linked funding source?
