Scammed no help from Resolution

Paid $53, never received item. Emailed seller, nothing, escalated to PayPal claim, waited, seller gave them a fake shipper tracking number that isnt recognized by shipper on their website, PayPal closed dispute. Do I have any options? Used PayPal thinking it would be safer, very disappointing. My first dispute in 15 years with PayPal. Will never use again if not refunded
