I wanted to order 1 outdoor slide climbing frame for toddler and had one item in my basket. After confirming transaction with PayPal credit, the confirmation received from PayPal showed I paid for two items. I tried to contact website but impossible to log in, my password kept being rejected. No reset link received. Dodgy contact address and website US/Vietnamese created only 8 days ago. Buyer email on receipt was just a gmail account. I opened a case for unauthorised transaction but PayPal closed the case saying it was an authorized one....I'm stuck and don't wanna pay £111 for items I will never receive...any help please? Thanks,

Hi folks!

Unfortunately, the nightmare is still not over for me.... Paypal keep delaying resolution despite case being opened since 04/05.........😠😠

It's beyond frustrating! Is this the Paypal protection they are talking about? I think my main issue is that I used Paypal credit....I didn't realise that protection with this payment method is just a big joke!

Stay safe!

Don’t give up. It will get resolved eventually. I was scammed by another company well before the Abiluff saga and filed a case in May 4th also and it’s waiting to be reviewed. Keep messaging PayPal and tell them you want to escalate the case as there are loads of people who have been scammed also. I eventually got an agent and he had it sorted out and refunded within a few days, so I think they investigating this company but you’ve got to kick some PayPal **bleep**.

I didn’t use PayPal credit and was not eligible for PayPal protection. I got a refund, but it took 3-4 weeks. Not sure what process you went through, but I originally filed an unauthorised transaction dispute, then had to change it to goods not received, which caused all the problems. I got through to an agent via the messaging system, they referred me, it all took time, but I got there in the end.
