I have just begun trading on the Steam community market, and I recently made a trade for a 700 dollar knife in CSGO where I was offered to be paid through Paypal. This is preferable, as if I don't do it through Paypal then the money goes straight to my Steam wallet which I can only use for buying things on Steam itself. I sent the request to the buyer for the money on Paypal which he confirmed with a screenshot, then when I sent the item on Steam I was blocked by the buyer and they didn't confirm the request on Paypal so I did not receive my money. Is there any way to file a claim against them here?
