This seems to be a common thread that people were scammed.  I ordered 3 RC construction vehicles for my son.  They arrived piece meal after 3 months 1 coming by itself broken and in a damaged package then the others came in a box a week after and the trucks were broken and missing screws, the dump truck even had a hole in dump bed. The dump truck also had a cracked wheel and another that was completely snapped off. When they arrived they were extremely cheaply made and not as they were depicted in the advertisement on Facebook. Where the commercial showed the trucks being made of quality material and strong enough to lift a small Asian man up in the air.  They were not working by the time they arrived.  I started a dispute with PayPal and I was instructed to mail the products back at my expense.  I can't believe that Facebook and PayPal would allow this "business" to put their advertisements online and work with this company after the numerous complaints of deceitful business practice.

To make matters worse, when I entered the return shipping information online, the city and zip were not found.  I was scammed and out $136.00.  I expect a full refund to my account.  This is ridiculous and it needs to be investigated!- Jen Powers

Chinese Web Sites or on Social Media ads easy to spot (once you know the below signs) so buyer beware.

1. No return address on the returns policy............thats because the site will look as if its in your country (where they despatch goods from) BUT they will ask for returns to go back to China (returns depot) at a shipping cost nearly always more than the item is worth.
2. No contact telephone number............if you click on contact the most you will get is webmail or an email address.
3. No company address information.
4. Great looking items at bargain prices that turn out to be tat.

In the event of a dispute you need to bear in mind possible return trackable costs before you buy from that seller / item / country because....

Although they will compensate you for some of the cost if you have activated this at some point before you made that transaction.

You also have the option to do a chargeback via your card issuer instead of a Paypal dispute if you funded your Paypal payment via a credit card.
