I had 7 transactions come off my account which were not me. so I quickly reported it and the case was closed and it says it was an authorized transaction, I also quickly took the money out of my account so it couldn't come off, but they are pending payments, and I've sent PayPal a few emails and they haven't resounded to any, I also can't find a number to phone in the Netherlands. I've also called the bank and they said I can reject the pending payments but they will just be taken off when I put money back into that account, and I need my money in that account soon.
