Scammed by PayPal/printabel

PayPal is enabling  (printabel)this scam company to flourish  PayPal allowed this company to promote items for sale from the USA but everything is posted from Korea or China  .I refuse to sign for any items from companies that I have not had business with  PayPal refused to refund me  regarding ( printabel) because they don't require a signature on receipt.

    I can nolonger support PayPal  with it's a scam

Regards with this merchants tho, we do have a designated specialists who monitors their activities and if they are following our guidelines sharing their business with us. So long as they follow these guidelines and they managed to properly provide their service to their buyers in proper manner then we're good at it for they are also covered by our seller protection. Now, in any case, that you lost a claim with them and you still want to get your refund, then to give you a fair share, you could appeal the case along with the information to support the claim. Hi I find it hard to believe that your dedicated specialist have little knowledge of the world postal system eg if a company sells a item made in one country but posts that same item from another then the integrity of that company should be questioned.if the sender requires no signature on receive and the received doesn't except this item from a company an country they haven't had business with ,the company has completed its scam PayPal will not refund
