I could really do with some advice.
My partner sold a jacket for around £50 through Depop. It was going from the Uk to Thailand and was sent using the economy service which can take 6-12 weeks to arrive. After 2-3 weeks the buyer made a dispute because he had not recieved the jacket. After contacting him and explaining the postage information he then escalated it to a claim. Paypal contacted my partner and allowed him 200-300 characters to explain. We were not even able to upload an image of the proof of postage and they did not come back asking for this or any further information. They have now taken the money from me and refunded the buyer - which means he now has his money back and a FREE branded jacket which wasnt cheap to buy.
