Scammed and zero customer service

I noticed today that $1000 was taken out of my bank account and transferred to PayPal without my consent. I believe my account has been hacked. I have been calling customer service and trying to use the message support for almost 4 hours with no response. When I call the line, I get a robo message that my issue can’t be dealt with over the phone and it hangs up. When I try to deal with this charge through the resolution center, it will not let me because it says I’ve sent the money to myself. I can’t dispute the transaction using the robo help, it’s not even giving me that option. Through the website I can’t remove my bank account, and I can’t close my pay pal account. Someone has added a business account to my PayPal under a different name, address, and phone number. Because I can’t make any changes and cannot reach anyone, my bank account continues to be compromised! Pay Pal customer service is the worse I have ever dealt with, it is virtually non-existent and there’s nothing I can do to protect my account. Please someone help!
