Got scammed and now seller say will refund me, but only if I cancel dispute thru PayPal and work/personal email. I know if I do that he will never pay. Should I just continue with dispute on PayPal?

If you had to close a case to get a refund then it would be pointless opening one.
NEVER close a dispute / claim until you have a refund.
If the seller issued a refund then that would close the dispute automatically.
If he doesn't escalate to a claim.
Do not close it or he can ignore you and you can't open a second dispute OR re-open a closed one.

That’s what happens when you Trust people? I had a dispute and Seller told me to cancel dispute, so I did? We are talking about $1147 euro to Canadian now Seller stopped all communication and SCAMMED ME!! I just saw the response to this post to Never Cancel a Dispute without getting a refund first!! Too little too late!!

Why would you do what the seller told you to do?
