Scammed and money sent from my Paypal, but Paypal say it is authorised??????

Hello,

Today a hacker gained access to my account and sent themselves approx 150 pounds.

I lodge a complaint with Paypal to investigate, and they come back a day later telling me that the transaction was not unauthorised????

This is a major shock and my confidence in paypal has been shattered.  What on earth is going on here?  Reverse the payment.
