So I file a dispute with pay pal.
First it was suppose to be settled on May 30, then they said June 1, then they said June 6 now it is June 11, but wait the company now says they delivered it and have proof
There are 2 separate orders through this company.
1 for $80.00 and 1 for $18.00
The company gives be a bogus tracking number for the first order. Which still 3 months later is no good.
They send pay pal the tracking number for the $18.00 order so they can say it is delivered.
Now somehow I have to prove I never received the first order.
Customer service through pay pal is terrible, please tell me how I prove that they never sent the complete order.
So you can literally send an envelope with a note in it that says sucker to your customer to show proof of delivery and Pay pal says while you got your order. This just sucks.
