Ok, so long story short I bought tickets to Pineapple (a music festival) and we were a bit late purchasing them so we purchased resold ones (which everyone was doing, my friend got hers fine), unfortunately I fell into someones trap and ending up buying one for $50 but he never sent them. He deleted his facebook right after confirmation of payment and has not complied to the refund request I sent. I did open a dispute but I think I may have used the wrong category and Paypal has said there's nothing wrong with it. Their buyer protection clearly stated that "If you don't receive your item within 180 days of purchase, to open a dispute etc." Music festivals been and gone. Never received my ticket from him. I fall under the protection but PayPals **bleep** me around.
What can I do now??
