Hello, I recently discovered someone made unauthorized bank withdrawals from my bank account that was hooked up to my paypal account. The transactions are thousands of dollars. When I logged in to my account, my profile was in French, the card on file was a prepaid credit card, and my secondary address was updated to a place in Florida. I've disconnected my bank account, changed my password, enabled 2F and filed a claim with my bank. I am trying to file a claim with PayPal, but I keep getting an error. Can someone PLEASE help me?
