Scammed Chengdoushi

Well I am absolutely astounded about the lack of help from PayPal.

I ordered a rowing machine from a company that had an Australian connection but i didnt notice it was transferred to "Chengdoushi".

Consequently the company doesnt exist.

Noticed on PayPal community this has happened too many times.

I asked PayPal to cancel the pending payment but no action by them, rang the bank said contact PayPal.

I asked PayPal for a refund ... seems as though my payment was not secured or something of that nature.

Wondering why PayPal is necessary.

We offer Buyer Protection for most transactions. If you're having troubles with a transaction, we recommend filing a dispute.
