Trying to report a scam payment which I sent to someone after he told me was selling an item on facebook and then blocked me and took my money. How can I get the money back through PayPal?
As long as you did NOT use the family/friends option then open a dispute for non receipt of item by clicking on the transaction and using the report a problem link bottom of that details page.
