Scam

I made a purchase and then found out it was a scam. I filed a dispute with PayPal and they closed it saying I authorized it. I did not know it was a fake company. Now what do I do I am out $200

Contact PayPal message center, the bell icon, and ask them to change the dispute to item not received. Reference the closed case ID number.

 

Unauthorized transaction option is to be used when someone breached your account, not because you paid a scammer.
