I have sold an item to someone via PayPal goods and services, I couldn’t see the payment anywhere and presumed it was in my pending payments. A couple days later I checked my emails and I had received two emails from ‘PayPal’ the first saying that I had money in my account and the second saying that my money was being held in pending payments. As I have gone through this before with a sale via PayPal, I just presumed it was real and that I would receive my money once I had provided tracking information, as I have done in the past. I noticed that the emails were fake although looking exactly the same as the real PayPal emails and realised that the money hadnt actually come through PayPal. I have lost a £350 item, is there anyway for me to get my money back or who do I contact? There is no way for me to stop the parcel so I don’t know what to do
