I’ve had the same issue. PayPal closed my case because the seller provided a tracking number which proved to be invalid. I was home all day when the item was said to be delivered. Ups never stopped at my house. I did a search on the business and lo and behold found others who had the same exact issue as me. I just wanted PayPal to investigate the company. Now someone else will likely be scammed as well. I can’t get a hold of PayPal by phone.
