What should I do, recently I bought two items and purchased them through PayPal and everything seemed fine til I realized the guy put a tracking I’d from when he received the package and after he received the payment never texted me back. Just now someone emailed me with about the same last name saying I need to cashapp him $500 for me to receive my item. I tried fileing a unauthorized transaction and PayPal said that this wasn’t a unauthorized transaction.
