I made a purchase for shoes on Dec. 20 and paid through paypal. It was for $49 and i filed a dispute and it was closed said it was a true transaction. Well the tricky part is that i purchased this on Dec 20 but got an email from the company that they had shipped the shoes and was delivered on Dec 17. Ive emailed the company multiple times and no response. Help please!
