Scam seller

I bought a PS5 from an online seller and I sent him the money through PayPal. He didn't reply to my messages after and I didn't receive the item. Then when I filed a claim, he replied through PayPal and refunded the money.  However, the refund was canceled when the claim was closed and I didn't receive anything. I filed another dispute named: (missing refund or credit) PP-D-91165876 and it was closed yesterday because there is no evidence that the item was misrepresented!! I don't know what does that means and I tried to appeal it and the website didn't allow me. I contacted PayPal many times and I have been through this issue for almost two months and I can't get my money back?

The issue is simple as I sent money to the seller and didn't receive the item and the refund from the seller was canceled. I don't know what should I do more to get my money back?

If you funded your paypal payment via a credit card then you could try a chargeback?

Failing that appeal...

Or
