I have recently been robbed of almost £20. I ordered some protective masks from a firm called WTS Commerce Ltd at £19.97 for a set of three. They charged me twice and, when I pointed this out, cancelled one of the orders. Unfortunately, I had already, through Paypal, paid both amounts.
I raised this in the resolution centre but, as the firm showed they had delivered on set, the dispute went in their favour.
Please be aware of this "loophole" for taking your money. You will get no help at all from Paypal.
