Hi, I recently bought some items via a Facebook ad. Items were nothing like the photos. I requested to return for a full refund but seller said no. I raised a dispute on PayPal and they have agreed to a full refund but given me a return address written in Chinese. I wrote to them again via email asking for return details (as I don’t seem to be able to respond on PayPal) and they said they would not be giving me a refund. I have been trying to get through to someone at PayPal, no luck. Has anyone experienced this before? Thanks
