I just made a payment to a person I just realized was a scam and the bank said it already has a preauthorization so the bank says i need to contact pay pal first but i cant get ahold of any one please help!!
If the seller isn't verified by PayPal, then you should be able to get your money back. Sellers have to verify their information to PayPal in order to get paid. If they're not, the money should be out back into your account. Keep bugging PayPal about it.
