So I bought a couple items for much cheaper than they should be. They both have shipping date ranges that are very long, and neither have been sent within the week that the order has been confirmed (one has a shipment label but shipment isn’t in the carrier facility). Both items have been paid for even before they’ve shipped which I thought PayPal wasn’t supposed to do. My worry is that I will actually forget in this long period of time that these people aren’t sending what I want. Does eBay reimburse me regardless of when I tell them as long as I can show them that there was no shipment sent without hassle even if these people close their accounts?
