Very good scam. Vo Nhut Trieu listed as the owner/merchant?
Googled the name, this person seems to have figured out the system because another site "Mycartus.com" was/is doing the same thing. My story was I purchased an oscillating outdoor fan that weights 20+ pounds and was delivered on 6/24. Pretty awesome when I ordered it on 07/05. Tracking number was for a 0.3 pound item. This is what grinds me. I had this bogus deal pegged on 7/09 and opened a case with copious amounts of documentation. My estimated case resolution just keeps getting moved out. I'm going to my Bank for a refund and changing my preferred payment method. Shame on you PayPal, thought you had my back. E-bay purchases maybe. Going to change preferred payment method and will try not to make this expensive mistake again.
