Can anyone tell me how good PayPal usually are with sorting out scams/fraud and giving you your money back? I have received £220 off a random man claiming her bought a MacBook off me on Shpock and never received it. I DO NOT or NEVER HAVE had an account on Shpock so I am assuming that someone has made a fake account of me. He has now opened a case against me for a refund and PayPal and taken £220 out of my account and put it on hold until the issue gets resolved. Obviously this is a large amount of money but I want to make sure that I get my share back aswell as the man who is claiming to have purchased an item from me. Thanks.
