I received email indicating my account was frozen due to charges made. I also received email indicating $699.99 was pending for services. The email contained order number and a PayPal toll free number to call within 10 days to stop charges. I did not call the number nor did I open my PayPal account through that email. After going on line to review my account I see no transaction history nor a toll free number to call. Is this a scam as a suspect it to be?
