I think PayPal is a scam it has locked my tax return down so I can not use my own money,,that is none of their business, they asked for copy of Id I up loaded it this am and they told me it could take 5 days pluse 24 hours to look at it,,I think I need to turn this over to irs,by that time my lights will be off and my mortgage will be past due and truck will be in repo, they are moving my money over seas or something,,
