I am trying to get an order cancelled from a potential scammer. I found out less than within half an hour of the payment but I still can’t get through to PayPal to stop the transaction because I made the transaction as guest

If you need to open a dispute for a 'guest buyer' transaction then you can.......

1. Phone Paypal customer services and see if they will open one for you (difficult at the moment due to covid)
OR
2. Contact your card issuer for a chargeback.

Thank you for your post and welcome to the Community Forum!

In general, once the payment has been sent, you would not be able to cancel it, unless the payment is showing as 'Unclaimed'. Here is more information that can help:

I hope this helps!

Martina
