I’m having a really tough time with PayPal getting my money back for a bait and switch purchase. The link at the beginning is from the resolution center’s own complaint dept.  I purchased a puzzle from this company, and PayPay will not give me a proper address to ship it back. After looking at this article and number of complaints, I will NOT send this **bleep** puzzle they sent me. I want my money back from PayPal. BBB and the Attorney General are my next steps.

Paypal phones are mostly non operational since covid but sometimes you get lucky. (use the guest option if you can't log in).
If there is one available it will show when you click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available in your country.
Live chat is randomly available.
