Scam Refunds

I made a purchase that has now turned out to be a scam. I filed a dispute after making the purchase and it was denied. However, I now have email proof from the merchant that it’s a scam. Is there a way to have my money refunded through PayPal? And/or have the scammers account removed?

Difficult to advise when you haven't even said which dispute you opened.

Well, I had the same issue and the dispute was canceled yesterday. The dispute name is (missing refund or credit). I have been trying over a month now to get my money back with no results.
