Hello all,
Can someone help me with this issue. I want to make deal for real money to virtual money from another player. I have everything on video record.
But when i send the payment, the player classical go offline... i send the payment like Family and friends. So i cant refund the payment manually.

It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
