Ordered something from Nguyen Phi Tho on 11/25/2020. Have not received the item and filed a complaint with Pay Pal Dec. 23, 2020. Was notified by Pay Pal on Jan. 11, 2021 that Tho had 3 days to respond. I haven't heard from anyone. I have a Case ID number and when I go to my account to the resolution center there's no claim in the system. Please help!
