I have bought 2 items from the same company that have been paid for but not arrived
I have emailed the company several times but not had any replies
I went to their Facebook Page and messaged them to which they blocked me
i reported it to PayPal but still the seller is not answering my questions
I have asked Paypal to look into it and now the dispute i have with them has disappeared of my resolution centre page
I am very confused
Once this is sorted i will be closing my PayPal account i think
